1. If you are on iOS 15 or later: Go to System Settings > Shortcuts > Private Sharing > Toggle On.
2. Open Shortcuts app > Tap Gallery > Choose a Shortcut.
3. Then tap on Add Shortcut.
4. Now, tap on My Shortcuts > Launch the Shortcut.
You are now ready to add shortcuts from external sources.
